Guided Help Topics
Similar to workflows in ticketing, guided help topics are interactive articles that can outline a process or act as an interactive how-to.
Creating a guided help topic can be done with any help topic. To being, open a help topic. TO begin clicking on the arrow icon in the formatting toolbar.
This will create an action. Just like a workflow action, you can name it and target another help topic page.
Click on the target dropdown and type "My Second Page" and hit return. You'll see the editor transform to reveal all the pages in your help topic.
Select the second page from the help topic page navigation. You'll see that the editor have updated to reveal the contents of the second page.
Another way to create a help topic page is to click the "+ page" button in the bottom left of the screen.
