Managing Team Member Access

At the team level, there are three permission levels: member (default), editor, and team lead. You can change the access level by clicking the meatball menu to the right of the member name:

Editor permission allows the member to create/edit workflows associated with this team. Lead permission allows the member to review other members’ tickets through a process called peer review which is enabled with a Notification Hook, which is covered in depth in the chapter on Notification Hooks. As you can see here, members can be an Editor, a Lead, or both:
