New MyCase Integration Capabilities

We've added the ability to create contacts directly in MyCase from Happitu. When you're reviewing an interaction and need to log it in your case management system, you can now do that without leaving the app. Behind the scenes, we've also built a retry system for integration events. If something hiccups during a sync, we'll automatically try again with exponential backoff. Less manual intervention, more reliability.
